GFG Series High-Efficiency Fluidizing Dry
Introduction:
GFG series high efficiency boiling dryer is a new high efficiency boiling dryer developed for GMP pharmaceutical engineering. The equipment is composed of air filter, heater, main engine, skip, ash removal chamber, connected air pipe, fan, silencer, etc..
Principle:
When air is purified and heated, it is introduced from the bottom of induced-draft fan and passed through the screen plate of raw material. In workingchamber the state of fluidization is formed through strring and negative effect.The moisture is evaporated and removed rapidly and the material is dried quickly.
Application:
1. Mechanism screw extrusion granule, swing granule, wet mixed granule.
2. Drying of wet granule and powder materials in medicine, food, feed, chemical industry and other fields.
3. Large particle, small block, sticky block granular material.
4. Konjac, polyacrylamide and other dry materials of volume change.
Technical characters:
1. The structure of fluidized bed is round so as to avoid dead corner;
2. Inside the hopper there is a stirer in order to avoid agglomeration of rawmaterial and forming canal of flow;
3. The granule is discharged through the method of turning over. In this way it is .very convenient and full. The discharging system can be designed as request too;
4. It is operated at the conditions of negative pressure and seal. The air is filtered.Therefore it is simple in operation and convenient in clean. It is an ideal equipmentthat is in conformity with the requirements of GMP;
5. The drying speed is fast and the temperature is uniform. In general the. dryingtime is 20- 30 minutes for each batch.
